  1. How do I cancel an order on www.zuracart.com?

At zuracart.com, we donate a garment on every garment purchased by you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any cancellation of the orders since a garment would have already been gone for donation. However, we do have a liberal Exchange policy to help our customers get the garment(s) exchanged for various reasons.

  1. What is this Exchange Policy?

2.1. In keeping with Zuracart’s goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this Exchange Policy sets out Zuracart’s procedures and policies in accepting product exchange, once a product has been delivered to a user after purchase from the website. Any exchange of products by users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Exchange Policy.

2.2. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Exchange Policy. The terms contained in this Exchange Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Website.

3.    Terms of  Exchange

3.1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 8106391083 or email us at EMAIL ID Here mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

3.2. If you are dissatisfied with the purchased product received from Zuracart, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the product (attributable to, and accepted by Zuracart after due verification at its sole discretion), you may initiate a request for replacement of the product on the website. Please take care to initiate such requests for a replacement not later than 3 (three) days from the date on which you received the delivery of the product. You will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for exchange of products. Kindly ensure that the product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Exchange Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, unwashed, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned product(s) should not carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body odor. Zuracart reserves the right to alter and enforce this Exchange Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.

3.3. Replacement purchased Products shall not be entertained by Zuracart if:

  • the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If Zuracart is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, Zuracart shall reserve the right to reject the replacement of the Product;
  • the Product has been washed;
  • the price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
  • Zuracart is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable; or
  • the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from the original packaging of the product.

3.4. Zuracart shall initiate a process of replacement of the product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the product being returned entitles the user to an exchange. It is further clarified that Zuracart shall not be required to make any replacement in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a replacement based on such quality checks.

3.5. It is expressly clarified that the replacement entitled to by a User shall not include shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by Zuracart after due verification at its sole discretion) i.e., the User needs to bear the shipping chargers for situations other than any kind of defect in the product at the time of delivery.
